Today was a lazy day. My husband was off and having him home was such a treat. So I thought I would have all this free time on my hands to exercise. Turns out...I spent a lot of time munching and laying on the couch. It seemed as though my 365 Day Movement was doomed. Luckily for me and you, it wasn't. I ended up doing 30 minutes on my elliptical. Better than nothing, right?
