Today is the first day of the rest of my life. For the next 365 days, I will do some form of exercise every single day. My goal for this movement is to be free. What do I mean by that? I want to be free from excess weight, free from working too much, and free to do whatever my heart desires. This 365 Day Movement will pave the way to a healthier, happier forever.
